I met Seth at a small market in Hood River Oregon, Mothers Market, and he was so down to earth and nice. It was great meeting. I live in Anaheim and I remembered seeing him in an article in the paper and seeing him at the Tofurkey booth in the Anaheim Natural Products Show before.
