14 oz. kidney beans, cooked, half blended
1 green pepper, blended
1/2 yellow onion, blended
3 medium size tomatoes, blended
2 carrots, blended
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp kelp granules
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp dulse flakes
A handful of fresh chopped cilantro

1. In a food processor, pulse blend ingredients (except kelp granules, chili, and dulse flakes). Leave half of the kidney beans whole.
2. Add dulse flakes, chili, and kelp granules and cook in pan on low heat stirring frequently for 15 minutes.
