6 oz. sprouted super firm tofu, smashed
12 oz. cooked black beans, smashed
2 oz. yellow onion, chopped
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 cup cilantro, chopped
6 oz. salsa
1 avocado, smashed

Directions
1. Put tofu, beans, onion, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and cilantro in a pan.
2. Cook for five minutes, stirring frequently. Use spatula to delicately combine ingredients.
3. Scoop finished scramble onto a plate; add salsa and avocado.
