What If I Don’t Cook?

Hi Dr. Kirschner,

I think about becoming a vegetarian but I don’t cook. Is there prepared food I can eat if I try it? I see your recipes and they look pretty simple but I’m super busy with work (and too lazy!) to cook. Any suggestions for me?

Amber

Hi Amber,

Thank you for your email and your desire to eat plant-based foods. I took some pictures at the grocery store to provide you with a motivating visual of just a few of the many prepared vegan options. I hope it gives you confidence to make the transition to compassionate eating. If you prefer eating out, you can check out some of my favorite vegan restaurants in the area.

Thank you again for your interest. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any more questions.

Regards,

Andrew

You can also help animals and benefit your health by only purchasing products with the “cruelty-free” or “not tested on animals” label. Thank you.
