Ingredients: Organic blueberries, strawberries, bananas, almond milk, chia seeds, Sun Warrior vanilla vegan protein powder.
1. Freeze fresh organic bluberries, strawberries, and bananas.
2. Pour walnut, almond, or hemp milk in a blender.
3. Add strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. I usually use two strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, and one banana.
4. Add 1/2 scoop of chia seeds.
5. Add one scoop of protein powder.
6. Blend. Add milk or more fruit until you reach the desired consistency.
