Makes: 6-8 coconut treats
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest (use a grater or zester)
1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
1/4 cup of unsweetened dried coconut flakes
Put all the ingredients except the coconut flakes in a food processor. Blend until mixed. Wet your hands with water and roll the mix into round or square treats. Roll in the coconut flakes and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes prior to eating. The odds of you waiting 10 minutes are very slim. They are spectacular!
